Tomato Purée

A bright red product with a sweet flavour and a pulpy texture. It is made from ripe, juicy tomatoes rich in minerals, with the skins and seeds removed. The purée is smooth on the palate and ideal for dishes that require short cooking times. A classic of Italian cuisine.
